1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of the v12vet platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and v12vet.

V12vet reserves the right to modify, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clear update date. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

In the event of any discrepancy between a translation or other language version and this English version, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the v12vet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. v12vet strictly prohibits use by underage individuals.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not located in any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gaming activity.
• Not previously banned or suspended from v12vet for fraud or prior terms violations.
• Registering for yourself only and not on behalf of any third party.

3 ">Registration & Account

Each member is only permitted to hold one account only at v12vet. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, active phone number, and valid bank account details. This information is needed for identity verification and withdrawal processing purposes.

• The bank account name must match the name registered with v12vet.
• Your account password must be kept confidential — do not share it with anyone.
• Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their accounts.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.
• V12vet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a member's own disclosure of their login credentials.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

V12vet accepts deposits via a range of secure and recognized local payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed through channels secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. v12vet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This is a standard security measure to protect members from fraudulent activity.

• Withdrawals can only be made to an account held under the same name as the v12vet account.
• V12vet charges no fees for processing withdrawals.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 per day may require additional processing time depending on compliance requirements.
• Any suspected withdrawal attempt linked to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5Bonus & Promotions Terms

V12vet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in the respective promotion details. Members are advised to read the terms of each promotion before accepting any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Eligible for new members making their first deposit only. One time per account and per device.

• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the games must be reported to our team and must not be taken advantage of.
• V12vet reserves the right to void any bets or winnings obtained through unauthorized or fraudulent means.
• Bets that have been confirmed and credited to the account are final unless there is clear evidence of fraud.

7Member Responsibilities

As a v12vet member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all established rules. The following are the key responsibilities of every member:

V12vet provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, v12vet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming activity.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
